Excel Tutorial 3
Step 1- Open Excel. Type in Fun-N-Sun Sojourn 1st Qtr Sales in cell A1, and in cell B2 Type mail.
Step 2- In cell B2 type Mail, C2 type Campus,
in cell D2 type
in Telephone, in cell E2 type Web, and in cell F2 type in Total. (see below)

Step 3- In cell A3 type in Bahamas Repose. In cell A4 type in Daytona Delight. In cell A5 type Key West Haven. In cell A6 type South Padre Del Sol. In cell A7 type Total.
Step 4- Stretch out column A so the words fit in the column.
Step 5- Type in the information seen in each of the
cells seen below.

Step 6- Go to cell B7 and click on the auto sum button
2 times. 172347.1 should appear in B7.

Step 7- Repeat this process for cells C7, D7,and
E7. (See below)

Step 8- Click in cell F3. With the mouse pointer in cell F3 click and drag down to cell F7. Next click on the auto sum button.
Step 9- Click in cell A1 and bold the text by selecting
the bold button
on the toolbar.
Step 10-With your mouse pointer in cell A1 select the font size and change it to 20.
Step 11- Select cell A2 and drag the mouse pointer to
F7. See below.

Step 12- Click on Format on the menu bar and select
Format and then click on AutoFormat. The menu below will appear.

Step 13- Click on the Accounting 2 Format and click on OK.
Step 14- Now click on cell A9 to deselect the range A2:A7.
Step 15- With cell A2 selected, highlight A2 to
E6. See below.

Step 16- Next click on the chart wizard button and the following menu will appear.

Step 17- Click the 3-D column shown above in black and click on Finish.
Step 18- Move the chart to the position seen
below. Congratulations!!!
