Solutions to Common Problems for Activity 7

1. Highlight your last paragraph.

2. Click Format.

3. Click Paragraph.  The following menu should appear.

4.. Change the Alignment to Justified.

5. Change the Line spacing to Double.

6. Click on OK.

7. Your paragraphs should look like the ones below.
